They asked for censorship of civil correspondence by letter in the Salazar Valley. It was the order of the commander of the Franco battalion installed in Isaba. In the letter sent to the military direction of Ochagavía, the latter was instructed to inform the carters of the entire valley of censorship and to collect all the letters of his people in the mail bag of Ochagavía, to apply censorship. He also ordered the use of the Navascués mailing bag for the application of censorship in towns south of Ochagavía, due to the distance between peoples.
