09 September 1512,
Tudela surrenders to the Army of Castile. The kingdom of Navarre was the capital of the Southern Bank and was a source of resistance to conquest. However, after the king of Castile threatened to destroy the city, and in an atmosphere of confrontation between defenders of Renderism and the struggle inside the wall, they sent a letter asking the kings of Navarra to understand their decision and decided to rectify. They had been holding for weeks, waiting for help that never came to the north, seeing how the peoples fell into the hands of the Duke of Alba.
