The US soldiers released the Dachaus concentration camp next to Munich. It was the first concentration camp built by the Nazis: It was opened in March 1933, immediately after the decree that would give them all power was passed. It was designed to introduce political prisoners full of jails, but they were soon transferred to Jews, gypsies, homosexuals ... It had 20,000 prisoners, of which 41,500 were killed.
