Researcher Klementzia Richard was born in Larraiñe, Zuberoa. He traveled a lot in the Basque Country, which gave him the opportunity to know the dialects. He met in Hondarribia his future husband, Luis Luziano Bonaparte, whom he joined to study the dialects. Richard coordinated the first map of the Basque dialects, known as the Bonaparte dialects, although his name was hidden.
