The Leitzaran Highway Coordinator initiated an indefinite camp. The initiative lasted for eight months at the height of Uhitzi, with talks, excursions, tree or seated plantations and commissions against works. Akanpatu magazine was also published. Activists were subjected to strong police persecution during the protest.
