Popular camp in Belagua against the military area. Many police and military gathered around the camp, giving the atmosphere. Months before, in June, the City of Isaba ordered the suspension of the construction of the military dwelling for not having requested the municipal license, but the civil governor of Navarra annulled the decision. In 2005, when the transfer of land was exhausted, the military left, but left the land in a poor state. In 2023, the Defence will have to return to Ibarra the land of the Belagua barracks in a pure state, as reiterated by the Supreme Court.
