Francisco de Garai dies, explorer and Biscayan conqueror. Christopher traveled with Columbus to America on his second trip. He ruled Jamaica under the orders of Diego Colón and became rich. Garai organized the first army to force the inhabitants of the Caribbean to work in the cattle and gold mines, claiming that they were antopophages.
