The Spaniards executed in the Philippines Gabriela Silang, leader of the anti-colonialist rebels. He was the head of the revolutionaries of the Philippines, descended from the Galician parents and his mother's ethnicity in Tlinguia. Days before, for attacking the city in Viga, he was arrested by the Spanish colonial government of the East Indies and hung in the town square. He's a reference person in the Philippines.
