Evo Morales, the first Aymara president of Bolivia, ceased his office by denouncing that they were organizing a coup against him. He explained to the citizens that he took the step backwards with the intention of redirecting society towards peace. He went to Mexico with other members of his government. Then, Jeanine Añez, the far right, appointed president of Bolivia with the support of a third of the parliament.
