The Victoria Eugenia Theatre of Donostia hosted a successful Basque music festival in full Franco. On the same day and at the same time, La Voz de España had organized the Contest of Noveles Artists of Fine Arts. The Jarraitu theater group exhausted all the entries.
The presentation works were carried out by Ramón Saizarbitoria of the theater group Jarraitu and Marian Arrangi of Trio Kemen: "Young people, I know yeye or whatever they want, but the first and always the Basques! ".
The function was: Benito Lertxundi, Kemen hirukotea with the philharmonic, Mikel Laboa, Mari Lurdes Iriondo, Zuaznabar with the txalaparta, Arantxa Gurmendi orquestina, Julen Lekuona, the Bikondo breaker and the film Pelotari in Basque.
They gave much to talk and it is taken as a starting point for the new Basque song. In Zeruko Argia the following week you could read the festival "Our language has had a great victory".
