A dozen women offered a floral offering at the tomb of the Unknown Army of the Arc de Triomph in Paris. "There's someone we know less than an unknown soldier, his wife! the banners in their hands. The police appeared and arrested the activists for that symbolic initiative. A scandal arose. This protest appeared on the covers of L'Aurore and Le Figaro. Then the Women’s Liberation Movement was born in the French state.
