Black Day in Euskal Herria during the Week by Amnesty. Four deaths related to policing.
In Pamplona, José Luis Cano Pérez was killed by the Spanish Police with a shot in the neck after leaving a bar and beating.
In the same city of Pamplona, Luis Santamaría Mikelena suffered a heart attack from the police when he was watching a young man from home, after hitting a rubber ball on a balcony.
In Errenteria, the general strike for the death of Rafael Gómez, killed the day before, was organized and the police shot Gregorio Maritxalar Aiestaran out on the balcony to see the street riots, dying on the 23rd day in the hospital.
The worker on the Clemente motorway of Cano Ibañez, caught by a car while withdrawing a barricade on the orders of the Civil Guard, also died.
