The Spanish State began the process of outlawing the Batasuna party. The National High Court banned its activities for three years and the Spanish Congress gave the green light to outlawing. At the headquarters of Vitoria, San Sebastian and Bilbao were awaiting the decision. The Spanish police violently entered his eviction and there were incidents. Judge Baltasar Garzon requested lists from all former members of the National Bureau since 1978 and stated that the HB was created to “guide the process of national construction”.
