Accused of belonging to a group of apaches, six people were arrested in San Sebastian. As La Voz de Guipúzcoa published, the French fugado group had four homes in San Sebastian and was about to move to a single home. The group leader, Paul Perronet, was part of the anarchist group Jules Bonnot. Apaches were a subculture born in Paris during the Belle epoque in France. They were known for clashes against security forces and robbery.
