One hundred members of a Danish theatre group in Copenhagen denounced the Santa Claus dress and the Christmas market. They applied for a loan of SEK 50 million in the bank without interest or fees to distribute it to the unemployed. When the beard police appeared to be detained, people in the area reacted with anger.
