07 November 1924,
A group of anarchists broke into Bera early in the morning in order to launch a revolution in the Spanish state. They left for the night of San Juan de Luz to rebel against the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera. After a shooting with the Civil Guard, two guards were killed and the team dispersed. Although they were initially acquitted for lack of evidence, three of them were sentenced to death. They were hanged in Pamplona. The bishop asked the pardon king to express the emotion of the case among the citizens.
