08 November 1939,
Georg Elser tried to kill Adolf Hitler in Munich. Taking advantage of a celebration held every year on the same day and in the same place, he placed explosives in a column of a restaurant, near the place where Hitler gave the conference. However, shortly after the end of the talk, Hitler was saved from 11 minutes. Elser was arrested that same night and sent to the Dachaus concentration camp in 1945.
