27 January 1973,
Rita Lloyd, a 16-year-old black girl, was killed by New York police. I was with a friend when the police arrested them. According to agent Robert Milano, the girls pointed with a gun and shot defensively. Witnesses denied him, but no one was prosecuted for murder. The New York Times issued the albitse as follows: ‘Defensive’ Police Shots Kill a Girl, 16 (The “defensive” shots of the police kill the 16-year-old girl).
Between 1971 and 1973, about 1,000 black people were killed by the American police
