Euskera is a hammer.

To the people we want to live in Euskera, they put obstacles in the way of maintaining their ignorance and their privileges. Humble citizens are obliged to know Spanish, but those of the VIP caste, without understanding it, have the privilege of sending on them. By law, by taxation; not by recommendation or by request.
