Many years ago, Dr. I knew the abuse chatbot, and I also realized the speed at which people can engage with these machines. Being social animals, the relationship is natural and necessary, and as the name 'relationship' says, it always leads to a response from the other. Receiving a response is a stimulus in our being. In a way, it fills us up. But creating meaningful relationships between people is not easy for many reasons: not being accepted, not sharing the view of the world with those around you ... This eagerness to look for what we need makes people invest a lot of time and a lot of strength in seeking “meaningful” relationships. Sometimes we've traveled engaging in networks and communities of equal interest; other times, we've searched for answers by introducing characters and creators into books, movies, theater, video games, role-playing.
Social networks also emerged by drawing on this idea, starting from the acceptance and response of people with points of view similar to their own, with hobbies, with language ...
Lately I've been thinking about the ability of artificial intelligences to represent certain interpersonal relationships. I've been looking at different application repositories. It seems that there are many applications for the response of artificial intelligence and they are able to create very different situations: you can become the character of the favorite comic book and create new stories, simulate a debate among friends, have an affective relationship... Will creative minds "alleviate" our lives with appropriate responses or put us on the threshold of new models of creation?
