Euskera is a port for knowledge and relationships at sea, which is a digital space. With artificial intelligence, it seems that from this port there is the possibility of contact in Basque with everyone. The automation of the Basque Country is a great support for educators working on the transmission of Basque culture with the new generations. But it's not enough. In the digital sphere, as well as in Euskera, we should aspire to a healthy education. To this end, we should better understand the interests and implications of actors operating in the digital arena in future generations. Perhaps we have to work on the idea of technological diversity in a more conscious way, that is, we add to the digital Euskalgintza other dynamics: to continue questioning the digital model we have, creating a digital Euskaldun space that adapts to the model of society we want. For a good harvest, such as removing braces from the garden, in the digital environment a permanent critical reflection is required. It costs us, because we still do not know what healthy digitalisation is and what parasitic digitalisation is, which accompanies us on the path of a good life and who does not. In this sense, the members of the Librezale Telegram group have shared an interesting news in Education: Resolution of the Basque Data Protection Authority (AVPD) warning that the Google Workspace resource, used in many educational establishments, may be infringed by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) (in relation to a complaint made in 2023). According to this resolution, the Department of Education did not carry out impact assessments on data processing where necessary: when data is used on a large scale, in the case of people at risk of exclusion, in the case of people under 14 years of age, in the mix of different technologies to generate new forms of data collection. These kinds of resolutions represent a move towards a critical digital education and Euskalgintza that is more beneficial to all and contribute to the generation of knowledge and the construction of new paths.
