Abel Enbeitia asked in the weekly Alea how many people we want the Basque language to be cultural. I think we ask it and we analyze it little. Often when speaking of use we refer to eleven thousand more data, and it seems that for a Basque the Basque language is or is not a cultural language, it does not affect the use (oral).
