There's a small country surrounded by deserts that can teach everyone a lesson: how to manage water, how to reuse it, how to clean it, how to get it. Scarcity makes us virtuous, from shortage to industry, from scarcity to cooking, the technologies that make this small country heard from scarcity. They have the largest water recycling facilities in the world, adequate irrigation systems, desalination, air transformation technology in water... They also have plenty of water to sell, therefore, to those who live by their side without water (and the rest of the world in the bottled Eden paradises). Like any country in the first world, Israel has its green strategies, like any other country in the West, because it has a third world of exploitation. Maybe too close. On that limit where green becomes red.
I don't know where you remember how much plastic, what cows, what cotton I'm going to drink. I'm sure that I'm leaving less and less the country that uses its water to make my things, less and less, because it's less. In 1993 we agreed in Oslo that for a while Israel would be 80% of the shared water (jokes start immediately) and for the Palestinians 20%. It would therefore be legal for Israel to leave the Palestinians with 20% of the water during all these years: they have obviously not. They have left them less.
The Palestinians, like us, want, unlike us, that we also have to decide, when they say “listen, look here”, Israel has not only killed thousands of people, but has cut off their water (the little they have), and it is ridiculous to see Borrell angry, “the interruption of water goes against international law.” Once this gap is over, the Palestinians will continue to lack infrastructure to get water, seeing how the crumbs are destroyed, buying water for those who have stolen the water... We will continue to have water, we will continue to invest in Israel’s green accounts, we will continue to invest in Europe, far from borders, without seeing the green, and we will be afraid to say boycott, genocide ... We are afraid to say what needs to be said. Somebody's more than that. And if it's Israel, maybe ...

Surely, most of us have already bought, here and there, the gifts for Christmas. Because the night visit to Olentzero is a great quote, especially for the youngest. Everyone is preparing for this fruitful era of the year: Bilbao burns as much as Vitoria, Pamplona and Baiona,... [+]
What surprised you the most when you left jail? I've been asked many times in the last year and a half.
See that the streets of Bilbao are full of tourists and dogs with two legs, for example? Or the changes in the political situation? The first one has tired me and annoyed me... [+]
The issue of aid for Basque learning is really confusing. The citizen who wants to learn Basque must go to more than one window to know how much the course he wants to take and where, how and when he will get the grants. Because it still costs money to study, nothing is free... [+]
The understanding and interpretation of the mathematical language is what is important in the learning process, at least it is what we say to our students. The language of mathematics is universal, and in general, the margin of error for interpretation tends to be small. We... [+]

I'd like to write to this thing that I'm inside. Almost five years have passed since the pandemic, and those of us who were young at the time, although we are still young, have begun to orbit in other spaces. Housing, the project of life, maternity, work, health... the agendas of... [+]
Remember? 90% of Parliament adopted the Education Agreement two centuries ago – forgive me, two years ago. The reaction of the leftist congressmen moved between euphoria and moderate satisfaction. According to the approved document, private institutions would continue to... [+]
Being is doing. This is what the Durango Fair says this year, and it is true, at least in the case of the fair itself and taking into account Euskal Herria. This edition is already the 59th edition of the Azoka, and the fact that each year is celebrated shows that the Durango... [+]
In Bilbao, I worked for five years with groups at risk of exclusion around the digital divide, especially with women. Along the way, I came across machistan violence and many other problems. In a very organic way, I began to relate to myself and to understand the work of the... [+]
