1. Our life should be more governed by pleasure. And yes, it's OK to be aware of reality and what you have to do, but that taste gives life fun, laughter, hobbies and jokes, and take away obligations. And we seem to be forgotten, turning them so gray and stiff.
2. Let's play more. It's a way of living, a politics almost, of living games, learning and growing. That is a choice, because everything is its playful side, transformable through creativity, and that only by searching or building that part of reality will we achieve a life to our measure.
3. More permanence in the body and more frequent in the empty body. It would be desirable for us to get out of that head more often and to feel, far from the full domain of reason and the word. That you can also communicate differently and in other languages, maybe less exactly, but with emotional intensity.
4th. Let us live in the present. Because we have only the present moment, and what we can do at that moment, with what offers us the moment. And yes, you know, you also have to worry about what's going to come, and what can happen, but so much? that life passes now, and here, and to remember it, the present and then the future.
5. We live out and we have intermittent contact until we often ignore what we want, desires and need. That it is important to keep others in mind, to adapt and know how to do the other's taste, but to be oneself, to show oneself, and to prioritize it is not egoism, but self-esteem, and from there each builds his own position to be in the world from it.
6. You have to realize the natural rhythm of life. That important things have a slow pace because they take time to produce and flourish. We don't realize it, because we've moved a lot away from life, from its forms, from its sense, but that's it, and that only at a quiet pace can we live well, learn well, grow well, be well.
7. Surprise yourself with life. It regains the joy of new events, the curiosity for enigmas, the enthusiasm for life, the illusion of those who see things for the first time and the surprise. We believe that we know everything, and that life is boring that way, without surprises, everything predicted, everything announced, everything known. How can one live, thinking that everything is seen?
8. Be more authentic and show without shame what you are alone, what makes you special, what you are inside, what you have to give. And be transparent, and that which you want to express without having to pass so many mobs, clearly, without travesías.
9. Love without fear, without objection, with all existence, enthusiasm and heart. And to spend as long as possible surrounded by those you want, sharing life, friendship is the most beautiful thing.
