Noise
The privileged tend to have their privileges so internalized that most of the time they don't realize they have them. The privileged one could talk about ideal holidays with his peers, could feed all his fantasies as much as he wants if at some point he feels shortness of breath in his lungs.
We look for the sun, the brush of the saltpetre, but the cleaner air of the mountain. We pay for parentheses. Sometimes by experiences that move us and that move us; by absorption and accumulation of new experiences, ranges of colors, landscapes, smells, flavors... On other occasions, peace prevails above all. We want a corner where we are rolled up; a few dozen fabrics hanging from the tree to the tree, the singing of birds and good books. We pay for quiet, for silence.

Until recently, I have never come together these last two. I have not consciously thought of silence and payment, silence, silence. The reflection of a friend stimulated me recently and first of all a television announcement came to mind. The announcement was about a noise-free washing machine that I saw a few years ago.
In fact, in a small part of the world, you pay for all washing machines, vacuum cleaners, whiskers, etc. have the least sound possible. In a little bit of the world, people are very angry from the bedsheet to the window, with class solidarity with the workers who have begun to pierce the land from front to home on public holidays and early in the morning, or with the handrails who work outside during the sacred hour of bedtime.
However, outside this small part of the world, noise pollution is intimately related to anxiety, stress, insomnia -- and, in general, lack of well-being. Exterior noise causes noise inside and, once noise is removed, silence ends.
