Asian castles
- A year ago, commissioned by Australian insurer Budget Direct, a group of designers and architects digitally rebuilt seven European castles and expanded the virtual restoration process through GIF. Now they've done the same thing with six Asian castles.
Alamut Castle in Iran (in the picture), the Beijing Old Summer Palace, the castles of Hagi and Takeda in Japan, the Ghazni Citadel in Afghanistan and the strong Raigad in India.
In the insurance company blog there is the possibility to see the buildings currently damaged rebuilt and get information about them.
