The atmosphere of recent months leads us to travel the distance and to question ourselves. Healthy exercise, fundamentally. In the last 50 years, the process of revitalization of the Basque Country in Euskal Herria has travelled the way. In Lapurdi, Baxe Nafarro and Xiberua the proportion of vasco-speakers has been decreasing progressively for a quarter of a century. And I'm not going to seriously spoil the survey that's been done every 5 years, when I say that the demographic trends of recent years will make the socio-linguistic photo of 2021 worse. Five decades ago, the generation of precursors had to create tools to stop blood flow. What does the family no longer guarantee the transmission of Euskera? The ikastolas will be created. That the generation of sacrificed adults has not received Euskera at home? Expansion of night classes. What information doesn't exist in our language? Radio stations, participating televisions and Basque journalists will be created.

Seaska, radio, AEK, Uda Leku, etc. They're 30 to 50 years old. Gradually, the pioneer generation has transferred its management responsibilities to the generation of heirs. In the face of mass deseuskaldunization, we have made a rapid commitment to the transmission of the Basque Country. These tools have been developed, massified and expanded. And in order to respond to new needs, we've had to explore new ways of raising revenue. The fights have been nice and we win the battles.

But I'm going to see if, instead of playing it, it's not time to open a new front. A new and complementary struggle for Euskera. Follow-up, strength and consistency of all that has been done to date. Let us not just manage what the previous ones have created. We will create a movement that makes the local Basque culture dreamer, free, horizontal, critical and capable. The column “Transmission – Development – Macro – Convergence – Socio-political consensus” would be given an equivalent symmetry “Use – Compaction – Micro – Power – Abrasive”.

In Ipar Euskal Herria, the Basque is very good. Or rather, they are kept in some committees of the ikastolas of Euskera, in the cafeteria of an Euskaltegi, in a small organizational committee of Euskaraldia or within a local cultural association. If necessary, you can start a first grid to know what each one does. And then work the vision of Euskal Herria to create a workable catalog. And it advances normally, and it looks at where that path is going to lead us. It's not the revolt time, and the future comes black. But if the previous ones have managed to do what seemed impossible, why would we not overcome the hardest?
