Do you remember the documentary Super size me? That guy who, in thirty days, only ate fast food? How could one see the effect of this diet on the physical and psychological health of the individual? I've remembered it myself again, not much because we've gone to a restaurant like this. And even though it's the only meal of a day, I've already started to notice some consequence, for example, that the gerribuelta grew -- well, the process was going back, it's true. And, call me en masse, but I felt like I wanted to do something like that documentary.
To put it all, I've always wanted to participate in such a challenge, to feel useful, to give myself to science. Too weak for extreme experiences, to spend 532 days in a hole, or 10 days incommunicado in a police station, I would do something more than my measure, but equally useful to humanity. For example, I could spend a year reading only Basque literature, and then see the effect that it has on the body, whether the muscle mass of the brain is lost, or if the reading ability is damaged. If you don’t think so, I can swallow all the filmography of the Moriarti in the loop, for a week, to see if from there comes a fermu candidate for the Oscar, or a serial killer. If you are insatiable, I can live to death – let us say no more than a dozen years – next to the Zubieta environmental complex; if possible without paying anything for my house, of course. But look at what I tell you: in the name of science, I would be willing to vote also once at the PNV, to investigate whether it creates some kind of addiction, if it could be a kind of Eroski loyalty card.
From this unique watchtower, therefore, I offer my body generously to science. Before the fever season passed, let me be accepted right away.
