However, we've all read comics from time to time, we've all been trapped in the impossible stories that emerge through vignettes, in that great truth that shows us in its simplicity, in the contradiction that reproaches us with a slap. It's a break in our square heads. Zart! The explosion, the rupture, the strength of this slap, has been the reason for the publication of the fanzine of the same name among 30 illustrators and comic book artists that has been celebrated in the 10th edition of the Comic Fair of Navarra.

The Comic Book Fair is based on the image and the word. The Navarros cartoonists Maite Mutuberria, Jesús Sotés, Liébana Goñi and Joaquín Serrano spoke in the Mixtos de la Ciudadela building of the relationship between the two and their evolution in Navarra. Under the direction of Kike Infame, and based on his personal experiences, they retracted the trajectory of the comic book and the illustration of Navarre since the 1960s.

The historical Joaquín Resano addressed this first stage, explaining how the comic book served to counteract conservative thinking and open up gaps in the Franco regime. The splendor of the fanzines made him laugh a little. And it is no less, because Resano, along with Pedro Osés and Simonides, sold in Pamplona about 1,500 copies of the fanzine Hamelin. Liébana Goñi has worked especially fanzine, although he is younger than Resano. The Committee on Culture, Youth, Education, the Media and Sport discussed the issue of self-publishing and the publications it has produced in the collective. On the other hand, Maite Mutuaberria and Jesús Sotés work more in illustration than in comic book. Before presenting Mutuaberria, Lohia, his latest personal work, talked about the development of illustrated albums and the tandem of writers and illustrators. For his part, Sotés, despite having always drawn, clarified that until recently he had not chosen to publish and to live, and talked about the consequences of seeking in external agencies if no work is found at the local level.

In addition to personal trajectories, what most surprises us is the process of creating a story illustrated to non-drawing mortal beings. It was also possible to discover these secrets, as the beacons opened their folders and their notebooks to listeners. Show that the beginning of a story is in four lines and see how it gets shaped. It was a unique opportunity for the artists' heads to open up, and the ideas, thoughts, sketches and other beasts that were created in them were found at the same time. Each with its style, method and material, each with its nudity and shame.
