The Miracle of the Miracle
Since I do not want to start giving advice to Navarre Suma, I will limit myself to saying what I have seen from the outside: the Right of Navarre, in the speech and in the leadership, is wobbling. If Maria Txibite's government gets stronger, I don't know if it's going to change the speech. Leadership does, probably.
On 26 May, the supporters of the change slept with a frown, thinking that Navarre would return to the usual one: the right back to power, thanks to the help of the Socialists. It is true that the name and the fact that the UPN list was the list of its members made it difficult to deal with: on the one hand, the cacareated PP; on the other hand, the opposite of the foral rights (Cs). Javier Esparza offered Txibite the possibility of immediately removing the load to reach an agreement with Txibite. When he saw the PSN in the no, he predicted a kind of apocalypse of four years ago: leaving us out of government is the end of Navarre, of Spain and of the world.
The truth is that, from the point of view of Pedro Sánchez, the treatment had a lot of risk and little benefit. It is a miracle that, in my opinion, permission has been given from Madrid. One of the miracles has achieved the miracle: Santos Cerdán, a trusted man of Sánchez.
The PSN, for its part, will have to reverse some of the issues in the House. Perhaps it is better to do so as soon as possible, achieving internal cohesion in order to maintain some fundamental challenges: next year’s budgets, the balance of accounts, the renewal of the economic convention...
Since Txibite's government is without a majority, its future will be conditioned by the two opposition groups: Navarra Suma and EH Bildu. The united right, so far, has participated in the purrustling championship, with much desire, as in the time of Uxue Barkos. Besides remaining shadowed and scared, Txibite will try to emphasize the contradictions of Txibite's partner. To do so, the truth is that he will not lack the opportunity. In the last legislature, the PSN turned to various issues against Geroa Bai, who is now his majority partner, in tune with UPN-PP: fiscal policy, municipal map, Euskera, symbol law… If the current government delves into change, as Barkos says, the conclusion is evident: The PSN, for its part, will have to reverse some of the issues in the House. Perhaps it is better to do so as soon as possible, achieving internal cohesion in order to maintain some fundamental challenges: next year’s budgets, the balance of accounts, the renewal of the economic agreement, the overcoming of a threatening crisis, quality employment…
As for EH Bildu, he also made Txibite president, understanding that there was no better choice. In my opinion, the type of relationship between the PSN and EH Bildu will clarify another fundamental issue: whether a third of the Navarros and Navarras, once they are finished forever, enter another political era that may last a long time or not.
