No one, however, has found any trace of a possible sympathy for Nazism.
Rammstein’s members were born in the 1960s, the youngest in 1971, in East Germany. However, they knew that wearing the uniform of the Jews – without making any gesture, without making any mockery of the victims – would be provocation, which would arouse the curiosity of their followers. In particular, they are accused of this perverse use. However, the press – FAZ, Der Spiegel, Die Zeit – has been able to criticise the group’s intention and to analyze and value what is seen in the video. Some have applauded the ironic vision of the problem of identity at a time when “identity policies are hardening”. No one has asked for it to be banned. Nobody's going to jail.
