Great soundtrack of emotions
Lisabö has built a dense, consistent soundcloud. A beautiful emotional soundtrack, awesome. Tension is the main thing, containment. Intensity, energy. Rabies, rabies, feeling of being on the edge of the precipice. Some moments are violent and savage, noises, storms and oscurities are appreciated, and others are softer and tender, calmly and clearly.
They are raw melodies of post-hardcore style, with a wide variety of ingredients. It deserves to be listened carefully, on more than one occasion, to discover something more in each hearing, as there are many details and nuances, and to immerse itself well in Lisabö's sonic fog and bring emotions to light.
It's one of your best records, if not the best. A sleek job, very well done. Skin and flesh. It's all one. Like the set of guitars, basses, batteries, cello and voices in songs, the content and presentation are completely complementary: songs, melodies, words, sound quality, skin, and words, photographs and the rest of the process of making the album.
It has been seven years since their previous work was published, and there have been some changes between the components of the group. Aida Torres and Maite Arroitajauregi participated in the recording with Karlos Osinaga, Jabi Manterola, Eneko Aranzasti and Xabi Zabala, as well as Santi Noain and Okene Abrego.
In addition, the words of Martxel Mariscal are excellent, and to finish all the work, Ramón M. Zabalegi made the photos in the leaflet.
In the performances to present the album, along with Karlos, Jabi, Xabi and Eneko, will act Borja Toval (Sacco) and Sergio González (Izaki, Sorkun). Without a doubt, there will be spaces to see, feel and live. Among others, they will be active in March, April, May and June in the Intxaurrondo culture house of Donostia-San Sebastián, in the Jimmy Jazz room of Vitoria-Gasteiz, in the Indara room of Pamplona, in the Kafe Antzokia of Bilbao, in the UsePop Festival of Sara, in the Primavera Festival Sound of Festival of Barcelona.
