This year the thirteenth edition of the Feministaldia, the feminist culture festival, has been held, and a special and unique action has been organised to close the programme for the whole week. Nine artists came onstage with a premise: the cancellation of their debts.

Thus, they paid tribute to their musical references. Among others: Birkit composed of Aiora Rementeria, Gose and Lorea Argarate has the participation of Maurizia Aldeiturriaga, Anarik Belako, Mursegok Chavela Vargas, MICE with PJ Harvey. Saioa Garin did not play the version, but two songs of his own, and perhaps he made a debt to the public: I was not playing in public since 2013, and those of us who knew later were looking forward to seeing it on stage.

In the performance, the artists played two songs each, and something must be emphasized: in the end they all came together and gave Life breathing, that is, the song that MICE created for Feministon Herrira 2018. And something else to be highlighted: the public (especially by then), giving it everything. Artists highlighted the atmosphere, which stayed comfortably, and that's what many of you will remember. The cry is strengthened on the road…

But you're very curious, who's why? Well, a rap couple. It wasn't on the poster, and suddenly Maddi Gallastegi and Kattalin Miner caught us by surprise. They wanted to pay off the debt with whom the festival organized to pay off the debts, and so they completed two powerful rap songs with Anari's songs. The public responded well, as soon as the familiar phrases adapt to the new rhythm by screaming: I will give you a fish…

So it was all: long-standing musicians, playing in other groups and starting now on their own, who have been without concerts for years, who are totally newbies, who have made their own trajectory but who have created something of their own for this concert. And we hear about everything: guitar, electronics, trap.

They didn't say anything, maybe because it's the job of the commentator to throw hypotheses, or Pello's truths that don't seem so obvious. And that is that, among other things, what did the December 15 show? For there are music women of all kinds in Euskal Herria, and they are able to put a room to dance. The environment is sometimes the key.

Anari, who has worked as an organizer, said on the microphone that that was just the beginning of something. And I, from here, will answer him and ask him a wish for the new year: let us remember the phrase that Argarate was wearing (Maurizia lives! ), and that this is only a start.
