Or just a feeling? The concept of nation is sociological, psychological and emotional, the feeling, the belief, the accreditation that we are from here and there. Identity and origin. Etymology indicates that the term nation is birth or creation. The juridical-political states succeed in shaping and regulating the territory.

What are we, what others would like us to be or what we feel? Where are we from? Clearly from the place where we feel. We are what we feel, above the appearance of the skin. Who should tell anyone who he is or what he is, whether from there or here? Do the rules or laws only indicate who and where we are from? What about feelings? What about sociology? What about emotions?

The book does the cover. Outer appearance. But if the interior leaves were blank, it would look like a book. It gives the character of a book what is written on the inner pages. And we don't know until we tell whether it's an essay, a story, a poetry, a kitchen or a drawing. Its external aspect can be general, transitory and misleading. The inner, the concrete and the well-rooted is what makes us who, what and where.

We are a cultural nation without a doubt (language, culture, customs, beliefs…), but we are not a state, that is, a people with a juridical-political character. We have had a set of laws and regulations that structure our functional reality and three administrative realities. And in the case of the South, the Statute and the Foral Improvement are subject to a Superior Regulation of Spain. Our nation is subject to the Superior Regulations of both nations. And as long as we continue to depend on these regulations we will not be ourselves (nation), but what the Spaniards and the French want us to be.

We have to draw up our Higher Standards. Acquire statehood. Legal and political organisation. We have the economic, cultural, structural and human foundations. We do not want to be part of a great Spain in order to strengthen it. I do not want to be part of a nation state that does not allow us to be persecuted, subjected and ourselves.

Before Spain became a homeland, we were stretching and people. The character of the peoples goes a long way in history: Vascones, Caristios, Bardullians… from the Kingdom of Navarra and subjects from Spain. It is, of course, easy to say. It's harder to do it. Even more so when a stranger decides who you are and where you are from: Spain, France, Europe…

For the same reason, we must follow the Kosovo Declaration of Independence, which does not contravene international law with a unilateral declaration of independence.
