The history of capitalism is linked to the avatars of economic activity. Also in the economic systems prior to capitalism, these circumstances were given, or we learned it when in Sacred History they explained to us the famines of Egypt: the tale of thin, fat cows. However, these changes were produced in function of the harvests of the exercise, while, once capitalism has become the dominant system, changes in activity depend on profit rates, as Karl Marx explained to us with mastery.
These economic waves occur in the long term, between 40 and 50 years, depending on the most powerful tractor products. 250 years ago, capitalism took an important qualitative leap, after having invented a steam engine. The transport routes operated by steam engines were then opened. Subsequently, there was electrification and widespread use of thermal motors, which is still ongoing. Finally, there has been digitisation of industry, computerisation, telephony and robotisation. As these new systems are introduced, the economy will experience accelerated growth and as they become more widespread, economic growth will slow down.
Today, the wave of thermal motors seems to be about to end due to two major causes: the first, the unbearable pollution generated by CO2 emissions; and the second, the depletion of oil-based fuel. What, therefore, can this type of efficient industry represent?
In this situation lies the invention of the electric vehicle, although in 1899 the first tests were carried out and reached a speed of 100 km/h. However, if we move from a thermal motor to an electric motor, the pollution of the city and the environment will be totally reduced and, in addition to the disappearance of many diseases, the cities will become more habitable.
Automotive activity has reached many countries and in Euskal Herria it also has a significant size, both in number and quality. However, it is not surprising that at the moment when the slowdown in this industry is beginning to be noticed, the search for outlets is underway; that is where several companies work among us: CAF and Irizar S. Coop., for example.

Since it could not be otherwise, China, aware of the future of electric cars, has become full of this industry. In addition, he has thirty-one of his hands. Until recently, several Western countries have been the ones that have led the automotive industry; later, other East Asian countries have joined, and now, the country of Mao wants to govern the sector and has affordable options for it. In fact, China has the most important raw materials for the production of electric car batteries: special lands (79% of world production), cobalt (Congo has 60% of world reserves and China has almost the monopoly to buy), lithium (has significant reserves), cerium…
There is no doubt that electric vehicles will not pollute our cities with CO2, but by obtaining the raw materials the environment will suffer significant damage: the use of fresh water will multiply and be reduced for private consumption, rivers will be contaminated, cultivation fields and surrounding pastures will be poisoned and cancer will become widespread.
After all, the wind in our cities is going to be cleaner and pollutants are going to be far away. Don't forget that we've already sent dangerous garbage to Africa. We have therefore renewed the old colonialism: we will allocate polluting garbage to the Africans, we will divert wars and their arms businesses, while we let the immigrants fleeing those wars and famines bury in the Mediterranean. But yes, we will continue to bring the precious raw materials to guarantee our well-being.

This weekend I've been thinking about the word 'aesthetic' in relation to a phrase said by a friend: “This work is aesthetic.” I have studied the etymology of the word aesthetic, it seems that its meaning was originally perceived through the senses, and it was later associated... [+]
