A small part of the iceberg of corruption emerges in the Spanish State, which mainly affects the parties that govern in some territories. It was thought that Euskal Herria was an exception. The PNV tries to differentiate itself from the processed people. But it is difficult to believe that some of the crimes charged to them are the sole responsibility of the defendants.
