How can we define a government that targets the General Budgets if it does not take into account the unions that represent a large social sector? How, if you make the laws in the opposite direction? And if you close the door to negotiating with the political parties that represent much of this people, what can we say about that government? It is certainly antisocial, neoliberal and capitalist.

This is unashamed by the Urkullu Government. It has put conditions in place so that there can be no negotiation with the Abertzale left and with the United States. We can, while it has been completely open to an agreement with the PSE and the pp, which are demonstrating that they are merely managers of the employers' organization Confesbask. The employers are getting a tax reform at their service – the budgets will be the first result – that is now going through the General Boards and the three parties approve it by a majority.

The fall in corporate tax from 28% to 24% has been the key to the negotiations imposed by employers, although in reality the effective rate of profits is 16.2%. In this way, it will be possible to reduce the contribution of corporate tax by around EUR 100 million. The Basque Government and those who support it politically do not seem to be very concerned that the workers in Osakidetza or public education will improve their working conditions and demand quality employment, as is often the case, the authorities will say that there are no economic resources. They have the same interests as the employers, they are merely managers of it, at the service of a social minority.
