The festival, which bears the name of a breed of native sheep, has undoubtedly achieved its second successful edition. On 31 March and 1 April, we have been shaken by a number of groups in the Suhuskune village hall. Before going into detail, a little bit of light on this event: In the early 2010’s, Suhuskune is named metal capital by the bands that compete there. In a March 2011 article of The Word of Iparralde, metalworkers occupy the first page in Suhuskun Square. From death metal to post hardcore, those who love bustle have found their capital. The festival Buru Beltz Fest takes the history of the town of Suhuskune further, organizing there two days of metal festival.
On Saturday I toured and first heard many compliments (to see him on another occasion) about the Hernaniarra group Meltdown, which acted the
Saturday program víspera.El starts with two sets of versions, Bu ta gaz (his ta gar) and Black Xalbbath (Black Sabbath). New project by Iron and Maider musicians). The nostalgia of the metalworkers was mixed quite well with the beer! Then, the stoner group Kuartz has made a trip to the deserts of Urdamendi, a mountain from Suhuskune. From the night onwards, Prophetic Scourge has hit us well, death with an ultra-technical metal and oscuro.Los
zarauztarras have followed by him; Anesthesia. Of course, people waited for it. When Mikel Kazalis has turned on his chainsaw, the audience has started to hit each other. Drum strikes were faster than shots from Suhuskun ports. Hell for an hour and a half. An anesthesia concert, it's always great, amazing. This group carries something prophetic.
Although they have never abandoned it, however, every time they appear on the stage, they look like a rebirth. And the audience is always fascinated by this group, with their eyes exorbitant. The Xixtor of a down group (versions of System
of a down) has closed the evening of Ibiakoitz. They are also very good. I forgot that it was a group of versions and the truth is that they work much better than
“SOAD”. The Buru Beltz Fest has offered us beautiful and quality programming. The suhuskundarras can sleep peacefully, the capital will live!
