In a few weeks, the historical position of the PNV has moved to the right. Historically, all other parties have sought an agreement from the PNV and, from time to time, all have signed something with the Jeltzales: The PNV in the center, and the other in its environment, waiting for the reply shift.
Historically, almost any Basque Autonomous Community has been able to vote in favour of the PNV, or has been about to do so, or has taken it into account... It wasn't an unthinkable choice. For almost everyone.
But the photo of the latest CAV budgets has caused an earthquake: The trio made up of PNV, PSE and pp has been placed on the side of the playing field, while the leftist parties have done so (perhaps without being aware).
Apparently, the time is going to be long. And in depth (you just need to look at the Madrid Congress). PNV + PSE + PP = GCE.
