What is surprising is that the Government wants to relativise this reduction. Many others, on the contrary, have become aware of the damping and have created tools and measures to stop the loss and accelerate its use. It is legitimate to see the half-full bottle, but it would be thanks for a firmer attitude to plug the holes, even by the government that generates the most holes in the Basque bottle.
