If you're one of those who started the year with the school year, you'll be marching like me right now. Remove the dust to the agenda, check if the work e-mail account has exploded... We will be talking about depressions to get back to work, post-summer pains, but we will have to try to turn it around, right? We cannot normalize this way of starting the year. In recent years we have claimed that in feminisms we must place care at the center of life, but in practice, to what extent do we take care of ourselves? What about the environment?
Among the objectives for the new year I propose to take care of ourselves and our environment. Move from theory to practice. It is time to learn to listen to our bodies and our needs, we cannot allow external factors to organize our health, our life, our tasks... I'm convinced that if we start this way, we'll have a more appropriate attitude to taking care of the environment.
If we start to manage our health, the fight against incinerators and others they want to impose on us will be stronger, or we will contribute to food sovereignty in a terrible way. So, without thinking twice, listen to your body, respect your rhythms and go down the road!
