In the barnetegi of Zornotza they use ARGIA to learn Basque. That is what we heard a few weeks ago. And the whole ARGIA team excited, of course! “We make an instrument to promote the relationship with the Basque Country”, “we offer the students the possibility to immerse themselves in the Basque press”... until someone exposes them in the midst of turbulence: “This must enter the community!” That's where some orgasm ends and my turn comes. Therefore, here I come to tell you the relationship they have with ARGIA in the Zornotza barnetegi.
It is true, perhaps not in an exaggerated way, but in Zornotza they manage to create feel between the students and ARGIA. For years, texts have been subscribed and used to carry out different exercises: working the vocabulary, explaining what is read, performing structure exercises... Diversity in themes makes it easier for teachers to play, and it probably makes them more fun.
We have been told, however, that there are many users who use the web ARGIA.eus to create multimedia videos and blog posts. A few years ago they used series as “master and owner” or “Martin” to perform audiovisual exercises, but today, with all the material they have as ARGIA, it is possible to bring students closer to reality. Working on current issues, Euskera as a mere exercise, they take it out of the four walls and see it useful; to receive information, to disseminate or share useful information, and to give your opinion in Euskera. Students are aware that they can also read, view or write in Basque the subjects they like, and that outside the class they can work in Basque.
As of the seventh step, these types of materials start to work in schools, but at the same time the barnetegi of Zornotza disseminates throughout the year in their social networks the elements of ARGIA and other Basque media that interest them, since “all and all have to disseminate to the maximum the Basque language and commit to the language”.
