We Basques have a custom of collective subsidy to launch a project. You would also participate in more than one part, either through a reader, pouch, bonus or raffle, in some sweepstakes or directly in the current account. Well, now financial aid is always called crowdfunding. If you wander a bit on the Internet, you've probably heard the word, and maybe you've also made your contribution in a campaign. But you often lost the crowdfunding clue as a rifle in the farthest corners of the portfolio. Yes, in your day you walked around, but many times you don't know if you ultimately threw money, or if they would get the project to be processed.
In my case, Donbass is a clear example: Documentary War in the heart of Europe. Had I contributed anything? What was going to happen to this project?
Yes. The audiovisual media was presented by the authors Ibai Trebiño and Mikel Arrangi. Arrasate, 11 June. The rally took place in Donbass (Donbass, in the regions of Donetsk and Lugansk) between March and July 2015, following the mobilisations of Maidan Square in Kiev in February 2014, when the Ukrainian opposition beat then-President Yanukovich and documented the war provoked by geopolitical interests. On the war front they have had the opportunity to gather the testimonies of civilians who have come to the starting point of the Ukrainian army.
The authors define the documentary as a journalistic work. This work, which has versions from both sides, shows "what the mass media have not explained about the civil war in Ukraine".
ARGIA has collaborated in the production and dissemination of the documentary, and after a whole year of work the idea of touring Euskal Herria, Spain and Portugal is already underway.
