One of our colleagues tells us that the doctor has put the protocol in place because the tension is too high. We have not been able to laugh or cry when we have heard that pompous word. Because today, what you say without using the word protocol doesn't matter, it seems. The slap, the drink, the consumption of salty foods and the practice of sport have become an attitude of blind and crazy, the Spanish protocol. And even though I knew more or less what the word protocol means, I went to the dictionary to know the exact meaning of the word. It is a set of rules of courtesy, which can be used both in the private and in the public sphere. For example, to know how to fold your napkins on the table, how you're going to go to an official dressed act, the technique and tactics you have to use to clean the anus when you walk into someone's bathroom. Protocol marks the world, because protocol is a habit, sometimes it is an unlearned behavior, cultural, sometimes, and because of that the world will know if you know how to be and be in society or not.

“Coarse Word of Protocol” when used at the official or diplomatic level. It has a lower added value than the word convention. But it starts with the protocol in order to get to other tasks. And that is what the Basque Government and the Government of Navarre have approved: the protocol. Both are willing to collaborate in different areas and areas (Public Service, Local Administration, Health and Consumption…).
