The Eskean Kristö group in the Arratia Valley talks about rock and roll, hard rock and blues with a lot of strength and passion. The songs are started through guitar riffs and work closely with guitars, slogans and choirs, as well as arrangements in general, despite playing raw guitar melodies.
Pello Artabe (voice), Alex Harillo (guitar), Aritz Ontalvilla (guitar), Peio Artetxe (bass) and Imanol Arrese (drums) are experienced musicians who have done a good production job, under the direction of Igor Delgado. They have also carried out seriously the tasks of word writing and design.
They've recorded songs that convey a lot of strength and can be heard aloud. The other musicians who have participated in the recording sessions have also done well: Zaloa Urain (voice), Bart Farrell (voice), Arratiako Luis Iruarrizaga Abesbatza, Jorge Trueba (piano), Vicent Zaragoza (percussions) and Mayor Asier García (percussion).
It is a sequel to two previous works of the group – a album of six songs that in 2013 published alone and in 2015 the album Azote kaldüz with the label Baga Biga – but in songs you can play new or different details, both in songs and in words.
If you listen to the songs, the group is attracted to the rock and roll of the '70s and '80s and hard rock and rock of the '90s. AC/DC, The Cult, Guns’n’Roses, Black Crowes, The Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Niko Etxart...
In the songs you can find references to Mikel Laboa and Benito Lertxundi, they have been remembered with the Ramones group in the theme Ardigaldua (“Gabak Gabak Hey has made us crazy, Gabba Gabba Hey has made us an animal”) and in the theme Ezkurri they highlight part of the novel Animal Farm by George Orwell. They speak without hair in their mouths through songs: “The worst of the bad eating the best acorns” (The best acorns), “Corruption has corrupted us” (Radiobenta), “You don’t, I want another, a more plummeted wild wolf” (Wild Wolf), “I have no faith but fear, because you smell lies” (Planes bazterrak blues).

I don't want my daughter disguising herself as a Gypsy in the caldereros. I don’t want Gypsy children at my daughter’s school to dress up as Gypsies in caldereros. Because being a gypsy is not a disguise. Because being a gypsy is not a party that takes place once a year, with... [+]

This weekend I've been thinking about the word 'aesthetic' in relation to a phrase said by a friend: “This work is aesthetic.” I have studied the etymology of the word aesthetic, it seems that its meaning was originally perceived through the senses, and it was later associated... [+]
