One morning, before I went to work, while listening to the radio, I heard a representative of the trade union Jeunes Campesteurs talking about the problems of agriculture, a difficult situation for those who follow the productive model of agriculture. Low prices, leftovers, falanges from large distributors... I've never seen anything so exciting.
However, I was amazed at how the young man called the farmers people who live outside the cottage world: half a tax payer. With a tone of downgrading, it also pronounces with words. These citizens have no children, no siblings, no destination relatives. They pay taxes (therefore part of the aid for agriculture?) And this is their only quality.
The impetuous payer knows, of course, that taxes do not match the type of cultivation that is always done: to genetically change the excess of seeds, pesticides, antibiotics and probiotics, amphetamines... Everyone is then in dishes that put the health of many people in check, that their cheap garbage product will satisfy those who cannot pay taxes.
Perhaps when people in the area someday see them as people, they start imagining another agriculture, the syndicalist who pushes the mute outrage.
