Two degrees, grade and a half, green background, binding or non-binding decision, developed and developing countries… The first half of December have used many concepts in Paris. Many countries and leaders from all over the world have participated in the deliberations. What has been achieved, however much or little, will not be known until a few years from now, because the measurements that will be taken in the meantime will show the quality of the Paris agreements.

In Paris, renewable energies or nuclear energy have had little echo, while the price of oil has been reduced to the current 15 years. As a result, nuclear energy has become a real alternative, and as the downward trend in oil in the last year has increased with the Paris summit, and being so cheap, is it possible or profitable to invest in another type of energy?

It seems to me that society’s awareness of global warming is growing stronger and that Paris has contributed to this. And what does science say in this story? While the level of carbon dioxide is increasing, it is noted that temperature has changed in some parts of the Earth over the past 15 years, but has also remained unchanged without increasing the average temperature.

The reasons are not known, but the fact is well known, and in Paris too many leaders have taken advantage of it, not to mention all of them, who have chosen to turn Paris into a gambling establishment that interests them. Phrases that may contain small letters or different interpretations of the Paris agreement have left it in the hands of the “intelligence” of nature that temperature does not increase by more grade and a half by the end of the century; although we are increasingly aware of the processes that occur in the nature, cycle and influence of carbon dioxide, in the short and medium term, it is something full of auscultation.

In nature, it happens with many processes, such as the ozone hole issue. The alleged controlled substance has made an unexpected leap this year; the products responsible for the ozone hole were banned twenty-five years ago, and after considering that the problem had been forgotten in the last decade, the scientist has silenced the holes that have opened to ozone this year in the south pole. Another example of ignorance is the evolution of polar ice, which as it descends downward into the north pole, in the south pole it has an upward trend. Nature seeks the balance between its elements, just like our body, and we still partially know the mechanisms it uses for it.

Finally, we should know that in many peoples and territories they would like to receive a couple more degrees... We live in a gigantic casino of interests and strategies.
