Feminismoa modan ote?
Garai arraroa dugu hau feministontzat. Alde batetik, argi dago onarpen sozial eskasa daukagula. “Ni ez naiz ez matxista ezta feminista ere” esaera zentzugabea etengabe entzun behar dugu, baita pertsonaia ospetsuen ahotan ere. Azkena Meryl Streep izan da: pentsa, sufragistei buruzko pelikula berri baten protagonista da, baina aldizkari batean esan berri du bera ez dela feminista, humanista baizik. Emakumeen eskubide zibilak borrokatu zituzten aktibisten pelikula egin eta badirudi ezer gutxi ikasi duela. Einsteinek esan omen zuen, errazagoa dela atomo bat desegitea aurreiritzi bat baino. Gure ospea ezin da txarragoa izan: indarkeriaren kontra buru-belarri aritzen gara, baina naziekin alderatzen gaituzte. Tristea, benetan.
Baina, aldi berean, feminismoa modan jarri omen da. Beyoncé, Lady Gaga edo Miley Cirus bezalako pop izarrek aldarri feministak egiten dituzte, baita –Streep baino azkarragoak edo ausartagoak diren– hamaika aktore ospetsuk ere. Ameriketako Estatu Batuetako zineman, Mad Max edo Gose Jokoak bezalako pelikuletan protagonistak emakume indartsu eta adoretsuak dira, feminitatearen estereotipoak apurtzen dituzten heroiak. Komiki esparruan ere joera hori ageri da: Thor jainko eskandinaviarra emakume birjaio dela iragarri zuten pasa den urtean.
Gure hedabideetara ere marketin morea heldu da. Ikusi al duzue Kaikuren iragarkia? Protagonistek, guztiak emakumeak, diskriminazio eta klixeen kontra aurrerapausoa emateari buruz abesten dute. Leloa: “Arina (hau da, argala) senti zaitez”. Produktua: laktosarik gabeko jogurtak (Kaikuren arabera badirudi generoak eragiten duela intolerantzia hori). Mezu sasi-feminista erabiltzen du iragarki zeharo sexista hedatzeko.
Feminista kritikoenek diote kapitalismoa gure aldarriak irensteko gai izan dela, feminismoaren izaera subertsiboa bertan behera uzteko. Che Guevararen irudia pop produktu bihurtzearen prozesu berbera, alegia. Argi dago Hollywood zein Kaikuren motibazioa ez dela justizia soziala, salmentak bermatzeko estrategia baizik. Baina, Disneyren printzesak hainbeste kritikatu ondoren, ez al ditugu Brave edo Frozen bezalako filmak feminismoak bultzatutako aurrerapauso bezala ikusiko?
Orain arte publizistek argudiatzen zuten estereotipo sexistak erabiltzeak emaitza onak bermatzen zituela. Ez al da albiste ona rol tradizionalak apurtzen dituzten produktuak arrakastatsu bilakatu izana? Espainiako Abortuaren legearekin akordatzen naiz: milaka manifestazio antolatu eta Gallardonek dimititu zuenean, feminista askok esan zuen ziur asko tranpa bat zela, ezin genuela gure garaipen bezala interpretatu. Mesfidantzarako arrazoiak ditugu, bai, baina gure borrokaren fruituak antzematea hain beharrezkoa dugu martxan jarraitzeko...
Tira, nik beste zerbait azpimarratu nahi dut: interesatzen zaidan feminismoa, zabaldu beharrekoa, ez dela Mujer Hoy bezalako aldizkariek jorratzen dutena, Emakumeen Mundu Martxa bezalako ekimen herrikoi eta internazionalistak baizik. Pasa den urriaren 17an Lisboan amaitu zen Euskal Herria ere zeharkatu ondoren. Girl power arinaren jarrera indibidualistaren aldean, karabana feminista horrek zapalkuntza sistema anitzak salatzen ditu: hetero-patriarkatua, neoliberalismoa, arrazakeria edota kolonialismoa. Helburua: geure gorputzen eta geure lurraldeen askatasuna eta burujabetza defendatzea, eta sakoneko eraldaketa soziala gauzatzeko emakume anitzon artean haziak ereitea. Ez dut uste horrelako mezurik inoiz agertuko denik Kaikuren iragarkietan.
