As on previous occasions, five political parties have achieved consensus in the Basque Parliament on an issue related to the Basque Country. The Basque titles, among which is the most known EGA certificate, will be analyzed to evaluate the level, contents and results of the test. The text was agreed by PNV, EH Bildu and PSE-EE, while pp and UPD voted in favour of the initiative.
It cannot be said that the reasons for the parties' consensus were the same. The Basque Parliament has placed the work of the household on the Basque Government. Within four months, it should study the state of evidence and propose improvements to respond to the socio-linguistic reality and the functions it should perform.
