The World Women's March has its origin in the march of women that took place in Quebec in 1995 and spread throughout the world in the year 2000, in which the feminist movement of Euskal Herria also participated. These days the IV has been held. International Action is being carried out under the motto Our bodies, our territories. Today's one has a marked anti-capitalist character. The feminist caravan left Kurdistan on 8 March and will travel to Europe until 17 October, when the ceremony takes place. The tour will reach Euskal Herria on 28 September and will last until 4 October. Women know that behind their oppression is capitalism, not only from the point of view of gender or sex, but also from the point of view of the economy: this system generates unemployment, poverty, precariousness, discrimination and inequalities.

The feminist movement of Euskal Herria is committed to a more sustainable model that puts life at the base and center, leaving aside the logic of a market that only seeks to increase profits. We must bring to light the works that have become invisible in the usual, that keep our day to day and that are hidden in this heteropatriarchal capitalist system. These works have historically been left by women, in a compulsory and free manner. Gender should be considered as a variable of the socioeconomic system, since gender difference is currently the structural axis of the system on which capitalism is based.

This movement aims to create a new social structure based on people and their needs and capacities, not on capital accumulation and hunger for profit. The new structure would have an equitable, sustainable and viable distribution of wealth, which would ensure a dignified life for all present and future people. The feminist and anti-capitalist caravan, with these characteristics, deserves all the solidarity and support when it passes through our peoples, assuming and implementing their demands. We have to help conquer them.
